In the Winter of 2002 William V. Reynolds, Charlie Ford, Scott Taylor, Bruce Williamson, and Bob Brannen participated in the filming of a trip down the Altamaha River. The group launched at Lumber City, Georgia moving down the Ocmulgee River to the Altamaha River for a 130 mile boat trip. Wake of the Raftsmen: An Odyssey Down the Altamaha is the result of this journey. The video captures what the river might have looked like 100 years ago as well as what it looks like today.
